Contingency Fund and Administrative Support

Cost of contingency is $800,000 over two years
Cost of administrative support is $200,000 over two years

Contingency funding will allow additional flexibility and rapid response to emerging issues. Administrative funding will provide support to assist with the management of the programs

Governance – Management Committee
Management Committee to meet quarterly (more often if needed). Consists of sub-committee of the Working Party and its role is to:

• Ensure funds are spent on TPP goals and outcomes;
• Generate a culture of alignment between parties involved in each program;
• Ensure quantification of results;
• Keep all stakeholders regularly informed;
• Ensure full accountability through governance and auditing; and
• Review the process of the Plan and recommend changes where required.
